Right after graduating with a degree in Economics, Connie Kharbithai set out to discover her purpose in life which led her to Bangalore , India. She was amazed to realise that a major part of the world invested a lot of themselves in terms of energy , time and money just to learn a skill which she effortlessly learned since childhood- the English language. With thanksgiving and prayer, she immediately took up the task of re-studying all aspects of the language and started tutoring interested learners from around the Middle-East and Southeast Asia.

At a very young age, she embraced the idea of teaching Language as her calling and got herself on a journey of learning and growing as a trainer and a person. As the founder of CAIRUOZ, Connie aims to equip learners with excellence and proficiency providing them with a responsible team and a compassionate environment focused not only on acquiring the skill but also in helping them discover their true identity. 

Connie is a devout Christian and believes in serving with excellence as an act of worship to her Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ.
